This playful, intergenerational class uses 21 simple exercise tools that are easy to follow and designed for all abilities.
Movements are done seated in a chair, barefoot or in socks, making it safe and accessible for everyone—from active little ones to older adults. Inspired by natural, everyday movements, each session is set to upbeat music and filled with imagination, laughter, and joyful connection. The focus is on lifelong wellness, balance, flexibility, and brain function—and having fun doing it together.
