A Free, Virtual Fitness Class
Thursday, October 5th, 2:00pm-2:35pm
Using a chair for support, you will get a gentle but effective full-body workout! Soup Cans/Weights will be needed for the seated
portion of the class. When standing, your chair becomes a stabilizer,
allowing you to challenge yourself and remain safe and steady!

Functional Fitness
A Free, Virtual Fitness Class

This 30-minute Functional Fitness class prepares our bodies for confidently navigating everyday life. Movements include balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. It incorporates a full-body warm-up, cardio fitness, resistance training using your own body's strength, (no equipment needed), and a cool-down stretch. The class can be performed in a chair, standing, or a combination of both. We’ll experience the joy of movement together!
