it. Log your preferred exercise on the fitness log. Any exercise is allowable
and can include running, jumping, stretching, steps, miles, weights, yoga, and
more!
This FREE 90-day challenge is
designed for all fitness levels. There is no limit to the

Starting in May,
complete your log, marking off the days you exercise with a description of the
exercise, and number of reps, steps, miles, etc. At the end of each month, mail, or drop-off the card to be entered for the monthly drawing. Do a
30-day cycle or join all three months! The Stepping Out to Fitness continues again this summer from May 1, 2022- July 31, 2022.
