In this presentation, Chris shall review the most common difficult personalities encounters in healthcare, and strategies not just to “deal” with these behaviors, but to “work” with these behaviors! Learn how self-regulation of your feelings can help pave the way to a healthier interaction between you, your family, and your patients.
