Assisted Living
At our Assisted Living Building, you choose a tasteful, secure, private apartment overlooking our beautiful wooded campus. Our well-trained, highly qualified staff does all then can to meet your needs while respecting the unique individual you are.

Assisted LivingIndependent Living
You’ll enjoy the privilege and peace of mind that comes with living in a secure apartment on ten beautiful acres accessible to family and friends. Relax and enjoy a wide menu of activities, including trips, classes, dining, fitness, salon and wellness services. Pets, of course, are welcome!

Care At Home
Cantata offers professional caregiving services to help clients maintain independence and enjoy life at home. Our qualified, experience caregivers are available to assist with personal care, housekeeping, transportation and more.

Rehabilitation and Fitness Services
We offer both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to help you regain your health and independence to return home to family and friends. To further help clients experience faster recovery, our Cantata Fitness Center is equipped with specialized equipment and certified health and fitness specialists for best life results.

In-Home Care Services
We understand that routine upkeep and maintenance of a home can become more challenging and less rewarding as we get older. That’s why Cantata offers truly professional, dependable and high quality home cleaning and handyman services.
