Moorings of Arlington Heights, The

Alzheimer's Care

The Moorings is a Life Plan Community (also known as a CCRC) in the Chicago suburbs. That means you can keep enjoying your lifestyle without worrying about the upkeep of your apartment or villa — and without worrying about finding a higher level of care if you need it. Because it’s all right here, in one of the most welcoming Arlington Heights retirement communities around.

So why consider Arlington Heights senior living at The Moorings? Well, talk to anyone here, for even a few minutes, and you’ll figure out our not-so-little secret: Joy lives here — and there’s plenty to go around.

There’s a spirit that prevails here. You can feel it. The generous hearts. The warm, welcoming smiles. The belief that our lives are richer for the friends we make. This is a campus that’s bursting with activity. The Moorings of Arlington Heights is a senior living community for people who believe retirement is a time of endless possibilities.

This 45-acre gated retirement community was originally part of the historic Magnus Farm. Today it is The Moorings of Arlington Heights, a Presbyterian Homes community in the heart of Chicago’s northwest suburbs.

Assisted LivingIndependent living at The Moorings includes a wide range of apartment and villa homes, along with comprehensive services and amenities included in the monthly service fee. We offer life care contracts with a variety of entrance fee options, and a guarantee of continued residency.

In addition, The Moorings has Assisted Living, Skilled Care, Memory Care and Rehab Services all on the same campus. Moorings residents have the security of knowing they have access to a full continuum of care. Community residents also have the option of utilizing these services as well.
