Prior to opening our insurance agency in 2011, Vicki Madigan spent most of her career in public education and corporate training. As an Agent/Broker, I draw heavily upon my vast background in teaching to help present complex insurance issues in a style that makes them easy to understand.

Each client receives a No-Cost needs analysis to help them choose the healthcare or life insurance plan that is BEST for that individual client. Often, I come to realize that after assessing the needs of a client, their present coverage is best suited to provide them with the necessary benefits. In a consultative enrollment process, this gets chalked up as a success.

he Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) Program empowers consumers to prevent healthcare fraud. With volunteers and program staff, we help people with Medicare and Medicaid to Prevent, Detect, and Report Medicare & Medicaid fraud, waste, and abuse. The Administration for Community Living (ACL) provides funding to SMP programs in all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
