Established in 1990, the North West Housing Partnership (NWHP) is dedicated to creating and implementing programs to promote economically diverse housing.

North West Housing Partnership creates and preserves affordable quality diverse housing for low to moderate income residents through renovation, senior assistance, and housing related educational programs.

North West Housing Partnership provides a number of programs and services that are highlighted throughout this website from home rehabilitation, homes for sale to handyman for seniors, home repair for seniors and disabled, and affordable housing for seniors and families.

Age in Place with our home maintenance and minor repair services available for older adults. Fees are based on household income, with a maximum fee of $40. Services are free of charge for low-income seniors.
