In-Home Health Care – A Home Health Agency is located in our Community. These health services are designed to supplement the lifestyle benefits you will receive at The Waterford. The Waterford at Fairfield is an affordable housing option compared to the costs associated with a licensed assisted living community.

•Blood Pressure Checks
•Assistance with Bathing & Dressing
•On Site Physical & Occupational Therapy

The Waterford's Age In Place Services:


•Meal & Activities Reminders
•Meal Delivery When Resident is Not Feeling Well
•Emergency Call System
•Transportation to Doctor Appointments (30 mile radius RT)
•Assistance with Personal Laundry (additional fee)
•Safety and In Activity Motion Detection (additional fee)
•Nightly Trash Removal
