Atria Park of Ann Arbor

Alzheimer's CareWhen older adults move to Atria, they find more than just a place to live. They discover a warm sense of belonging as part of a vibrant community of their peers - from teachers, artists and decorated war veterans to doctors, homemakers and grandparents. They explore new opportunities to learn, grow and participate - right outside their doors.

Assisted LivingOur thoughtfully designed community welcomes you with charming wraparound porches and beautifully landscaped grounds with walking paths and a private lake. Inside, you'll find comfortable amenities and an abundance of inviting common spaces and dining venues for gathering with neighbors.

Our signature events and activities program, Engage Life®, reflects our philosophy as a company. Our residents are people of action and service. Our job is to facilitate their goals and support them as they continue to learn, grow and make a difference.

Through our Atria Resident Discovery survey, we ask each new resident 64 specific questions. Each community’s Engage Life Director then draws inspiration from their answers to develop opportunities for joy, growth and fulfillment tailored to their interests.

Atria’s robust social calendars feature more than 200 monthly events based on eight key dimensions of engagement that contribute to a fulfilling life – from book discussions, gardening clubs, exercise classes and games to group outings, volunteer opportunities and art workshops. We also encourage our residents to stay active and involved by leading classes and events related to their expertise and lifelong passions.

Hospice CareResidents also take part in off-site excursions, enjoying the wealth of cultural, entertainment, dining and shopping venues in and around the area. And our convenient location – just across from the University of Michigan's North Campus and only minutes from downtown – makes it easy for family and friends to visit.

Our assisted living option provides discreet support from a 24-hour staff. For residents living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, our secure Life Guidance® neighborhood provides innovative memory care in a secure, structured environment.
