Three Crowns Park

Alzheimer's Care

Three Crowns Park is a non-profit, non-sectarian Life Plan Community serving Evanston, Illinois, a northern suburb of Chicago. From our beginnings in 1894 under Swedish auspices, we have grown to offer a full range of services and living environments including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and healthcare households, complemented by an array of modern amenities.

Memory CareThree Crowns Park is located on a seven-acre, tree-lined campus with walking paths for enjoying nature, or heading out to local shops and restaurants. Just a few blocks away is Central Street, a designated “Great Place in America,” with an array of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Together with our neighbors we make one of the greatest neighborhoods in Evanston.

At Three Crowns Park, residents are encouraged to take advantage of all the possibilities we offer — such as the social, cultural, educational, and wellness programs. Continued wellness is woven into every aspect of the lifestyle here. Achieving a sound mind, body, and spirit has always been part of our history. Part of maintaining peace of mind is the assurance of Life Care.

Respite CareIn our continuing mission to provide choice senior living, our Board of Trustees embarked on a large expansion and renovation in 2004, including the addition of 91 Independent Living apartments, McDaniel Courts; two healthcare households, McDaniel House and Hartrey House; and an Assisted Living Memory Care household, Colfax House. Most recently, Elsa House was created as an expansion of our Health Care Center, named after long-time board member Elsa Stromberg Bandi. Elsa House provides 24-hour nursing care with additional memory support.

There’s plenty do when you are a part of our community. Whether you want to take a dip in our pool, pamper yourself at the spa and salon or hone your craft in our art studio, Three Crowns Park is truly a neighborhood of possibilities.
