In-home care services fall into several categories, including services for those with Special Care Situations caused by numerous medical conditions. We have put together some helpful Care Scenarios to give you an idea of our differing levels of care.

Right at Home, Darien coverage area is from Greenwich to Norwalk. Our dedicated team of experienced caregivers provide non-medical, in-home care to those in need wherever home may be. We provide a wide variety of services including, but not limited to, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, cancer care, Parkinson’s care as well as every day companionship, medicine reminders, cooking, light housekeeping, couples care, personal care, discharge/ outpatient services, sitting services, bathing and so much more. We provide live-in care as well as hourly care.

All of our caregivers are employees of Right at Home. To help ensure the safety and well being of our clients, we perform a criminal history background clearance and then cover each caregiver with general liability and workers' compensation.

We always try to accommodate any requests you may have for a change in caregivers (as allowed by law). With our proprietary screening and selection system, you can rest assured that we do our best to take the guesswork out of matching the right caregiver to you and your family.

Right at Home Darien, Connecticut also works collaboratively with Right at Home Westchester, New York to assist you and/or a loved one to handle discharges from hospitals and rehabilitation facilitates that border the States of Connecticut and New York.

These include clock in and clock out telephony calls for confirming that the aides fulfill their shifts. And coming soon, we will be offering a "Family Room" web portal that allows family members to check on schedules, bills, calendars and the shift details of aides from any computer or mobile devices with an internet connection.
