Alzheimer's Care Our Eau Claire, Wisconsin memory care assisted living community provides a beautiful setting for our residents to get the best care. Assisted LivingIn addition, Azura Memory Care offers on-site beautician services; electronic charting system; medication management; diabetic management, including sliding scale insulin; registered nursing services; in-home podiatry and vision services provided by Aggeus Healthcare; sit-to-stand and Hoyer lift capable; collaboration with area home health and hospice providers to assist with higher medical needs including wound care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/ swallow therapy and end-of-life care; daily behavioral and medical monitoring, and communication with area physicians; and more in our purposely designed home for those with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

As a companion to our vast array of services, Azura Memory Care of Eau Claire is also proud provide the option of utilizing our house physician, Dr. Martha Hidalgo from the Marshfield Clinic, Eau Claire Center. Dr. Hidalgo is board certified in Internal Medicine and specializes in geriatrics and comes directly to our home to provide services to her patients, which allows them to remain in a setting that is comfortable and with people who care for them every day.
