Resources at Your Local Library

Libraries are known for their extensive catalogs of books, but reading materials aren’t the only things you can borrow from your local public library. Every library will have different lending options, but a few common things you can find at many libraries include:

  • Audiobooks and eBooks
  • Music
  • Movies
  • Puzzles
  • Tablets and laptops
  • Magnifying devices
  • Museum passes
  • Audio listening devices

In addition to materials that you can borrow from the library, many libraries have free wi-fi, computers, printing, and scanning services. You can also visit your library for state and community resources, and it’s a great place to attend events and meet more people in your community.
