What is Seated Pilates?
Pilates is an effective exercise system that can lead to a better understanding of your body and how it moves. Seated pilates is a low-impact workout that takes traditional pilates exercises and adapts them so individuals can perform the movements while seated in a chair. These seated modifications are often more accessible for older adults or individuals with disabilities. Seated pilates can also be a great introduction for beginners of all ages and fitness levels.
