Elderwerks is a complimentary, not-for-profit organization offering older adults, seniors, caregivers, and families information, referrals, and guidance for all types of senior housing , care, benefits, and services. Our person-centered referrals help older adults and seniors find services needed to remain in their home or successfully transition from one home to another. Our Senior Advisors discuss all aspects of moving and help you achieve you long-term lifestyle goals.

Using the information you provide; medical conditions, amenities sought, budget, location requirements, etc. Elderwerks Senior Advisor will be help you find the services and/or community that best suits your needs. We can provide these services to you for free, because we are funded by Grants, donations, fundraising, and the communities in our network.
