Learn how to have the caregiver conversation with your aging loved ones, build a caregiver support network, and how to recognize and cope with caregiver burnout. This presentation offers caregivers information and resources to help cope with the role reversal that occurs as adult children become caregivers for aging loved ones.

Iris Waichler, MSW, LCSW has been a licensed clinical social worker and patient
advocate for 40 years. She has counseled individuals, families, and groups who
have experienced catastrophic illnesses like strokes, head injuries, amputations,
cancer, and infertility. She is the author of 3 books. Her award winning book, Role
Reversal How to Take Care of Yourself and Your Aging Parents, has won 8 major
book awards including a Readers Favorite Award, Indie Excellence Best Book Finalist, a Book Excellence Award, and USA Best Book Finalist Award. Her previous
book, Riding the Infertility Roller Coaster: A Guide to Educate and Inspire, won 4
major book awards. She has been a freelance author for 17 years writing hundreds
of articles on relationships, healthcare, and patient advocacy topics.
