Joyce has over 25 years of experience in senior and memory care services and has been with Belmont Village for more than 19 years. She provides consultation and support services for Central and Eastern communities, healthcare professionals, and caregivers; has developed program design for mental fitness initiatives; developed Quality Assurance protocol and tools (used in a Vanderbilt-based consultation) of program evaluation; and teaches dementia training and educational courses.
