The purpose of the forum is to learn from artificial intelligence (AI) experts how AI may affect the landscape of Social Security. The discussion topics will be:

• Challenges and Opportunities of AI on Claims Processing;
• Safeguarding our Customers; and
• Ways that AI May Affect the Future Work and Vocational Environment.
