Burr Oak Manor is independently owned and operated by Pamela S. Predick. Our staff, program and environment support the specialized needs of persons with Alzheimer’s disease, other related dementia disorders, mental illness, advanced aged, physically disabled and the terminally ill. Our home-like environment offers personalized, supportive care tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs while promoting independence, resident rights, maintenance of dignity and socialization in a healthy, therapeutic, safe and secure environment protected by an externally monitored smoke/fire/door alarm system and Wanderguard throughout. We believe living each day to the fullest requires caring for the whole person….social, spiritual, emotional, nutritional, physical, rehabilitative and recreational.


Included in the monthly rate are: Registered Nurse health maintenance and supervision; twenty-four hour awake staff; R.N. supervised medication management; incontinence prevention/management program; special diet/nutritional plans; daily nutritious, healthy, home-cooked meals and snacks; daily housekeeping and laundry services; transportation and escorted visits to physician appointments; social and therapeutic activity programs and community outings; courtyard with Gazebo and raised flower and vegetable gardens

Other services available include: Respite Care/Daycare; Hospice and Palliative Care; Pre-op/Post-op care; Rehabilitation/restorative physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and respiratory therapy; podiatry care by podiatry nurse; beauty/barber service (onsite); social service intervention and on-site Psychiatric care by our Psychiatric M.D. available 24 hours a day.
