Belmont Village of Lincoln Park

Alzheimer's CareBelmont Village Lincoln Park provides the perfect blend of comfort, care and active living. The mid-rise building maintains the look and feel of the area with an architectural style very closely replicating the Nellie Black building that previously occupied the site. Nestled in the new Lincoln Commons area, the community is surrounded by premier dining, shopping and entertainment. Belmont Village Lincoln Park offers an abundance of amenities, including an array of elegantly designed common areas for gatherings and a technology center to help you stay connected.

Everything you need to thrive physically, socially and mentally is at your fingertips – a professionally managed fitness center with on-site therapy services, a licensed nurse and well-trained staff on-site 24/7, innovative, award-winning memory enrichment programs, and a vibrant social activity calendar. Enjoy restaurant-style dining and chef-prepared meals with new friends at Josephine’s Kitchen, get pampered in our full-service salon, and schedule complimentary transportation for personal excursions and appointments with our concierge. Our management team and specially trained staff provide quality care and just the right balance of service and support to suit any lifestyle.

Assisted Living

One of the things we hear most often from our residents is “I wish I had come sooner.” Here, you’ll find the perfect balance of independence and support. It’s the security of knowing that help is here if you need it. And the assurance that you don’t have to give up the activities you enjoy or, for that matter, things you haven’t tried yet.

As we get older, our abilities change. Adapting to compensate for these changes sometimes leads to doing less than we’d like, but that doesn’t have to be the case. We’re here to learn what you want to do and to help you accomplish it. We’ll develop a personal care plan that focuses on your strengths, then we’ll provide the specific support you need to have the life that you want.

Assisted LivingCircle of Friends

Maybe you’ve noticed a few changes in yourself or a loved one. Simple tasks seem to take longer. More and more, things are forgotten or misplaced. The fact is, our brains change as we age and some forgetfulness is to be expected. But if you’re having ongoing or increasing concerns about mental performance, it’s important to know that there are things you can do to maintain, and in some cases improve, cognitive function.

Several years ago we pioneered a comprehensive therapeutic program to specifically address the needs and abilities of our residents with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and early stage memory loss. What makes it unique is our combination of a wellness model with mental fitness to create a Whole Brain Fitness lifestyle. Our innovative approach is based on leading research and an ongoing evaluation program, developed in consultation with Vanderbilt University’s Center for Quality Aging. And it’s changing how providers and families look at assisted living.

Memory Care

Your loved one deserves to have a rich, meaningful day, every day, and that will always be our goal. Our staff is carefully selected and specially trained to support each person with care, compassion, and respect. Our memory experts and community teams work closely together to adapt and personalize our therapeutic programs and whole brain fitness lifestyle to create engaging, purposeful days for residents in our Memory Care Neighborhood.

Short Stay

Independent LivingWhether you need help caring for a family member while you’re out of town, or some transitional care is needed between hospital and home, we offer a convenient, reliable solution for temporary support. If you or a loved one is considering senior living, a short stay can be a comfortable way to experience the benefits while you think about your next move. Short stay residents live in fully furnished apartments and enjoy all of the amenities Belmont Village has to offer.

Transitional care is managed by our professional team of nurses and therapy providers. We partner closely with hospitals and doctors to extend recovery time and help avoid preventable readmissions. Taking a little extra time to make a healthy recovery now could lower the risk of hospitalizations down the road.

At Belmont Village, we want you to enjoy life as you always have, whether that means getting together for a lively activity with friends, savoring a meal with your favorite dinner companions, or finding a quiet nook for a cup of tea and a chat.

We design our communities with all the right spaces, for large gatherings and group activities, or small meetings and shared moments. And we design our days so that each one offers something new and interesting for you to try – art classes, exercise classes, lively group discussions, and an array of planned social activities and excursions.

Our team members take the time to get to know your personal preferences, so that they’re there with just the right support at the right time, or that little extra something that makes all the difference.
