In this 45 minute class, we'll exercise the entire body with a mix of light cardio, strength and balance training. We'll cooldown with a total body stretch. Please have a sturdy chair and light weights or soup cans for strength training. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes.
