The class will begin with a qigong warm-up routine, then basic Yang Style Tai Chi forms. You will learn the principles of alignment, grounding, and breathwork, then get a taste of the 12-MovementBeginner Tai Chi Form. Benefits of Tai Chi include improved balance, blood pressure, digestion, and sleep, as well as reduced chronic pain and inflammation.
