Do not just meet these rules but exceed them with this one-hour presentation about abuse and neglect. Chris will discuss how it can happen in your setting; be it from resident to resident, resident and caregiver, or family member to resident. Learn how to report any one of these
situations. More importantly, learn how to use techniques like “tap-out” to prevent it.
