This 30-minute Functional Fitness class prepares our bodies for confidently navigating everyday life. Movements include balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. It incorporates a full-body warm up, cardio fitness, resistance training using your own body's strength, (no equipment needed), and a cool down stretch. The class can be performed in a chair, standing, or a combination of both. We’ll experience the joy of movement together!
