Once a month Oak St. Health Rolling Meadows will be opening up its facility to provide wellness screenings to the community. Stop by to receive a Vision, Hearing, or Blood Pressure screening, as well as checking out trusted vendors in our community. Light refreshments will be served, along with hand outs and raffle prizes.
