Basic Exercise - Tuesdays and Thursdays
Classes focus on flexibility, restoring movement, and rhythm control, which can lead to better posture, improved coordination, and increased energy levels.
CJE’s specialized exercise programs are designed to address weakened muscles, minimize the risk of falls, and facilitate functional independence for people with Parkinson’s disease.
Programs are free and open to public.
