PDPM & PDGM - What You Need to Know

Pete will detail what the 2019/20 changes coming to the Medicare Home Health benefit, how to qualify for the benefit, how it is currently reimbursed, manage care/Medicaid changes, how the care is delivered, how it keeps patients out of the hospital, pre-claim review, how PDGM/Value Based/Bundled Payments work, IMACT ACT, how results are measured, and what's in store for the future. This is a must-see interactive presentation so bring your questions.

Mike & Kristin will discuss the differences between RUGS-IV and the PDPM payment model, how case-mix is determined for each component of the PDPM model, and how documents on the MDS will influence case-mix in the PDPM model.
