Planning for Aging – Learn about the legal documents required to avoid guardianship court as to disabled persons; understand the basics of guardianship proceedings, the ethics of being a decision-maker for another person, and the legal requirements when acting as a fiduciary.

Attorney Smolinski has over 32 years of legal experience in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Court Matters. He strongly believes in continuing education and is often a guest lecturer speaking on topics relating to elder law and issues of aging.
