At The Reserve at Oswego, residents enjoy an active, engaging lifestyle that promotes wellness and independence. It is our goal to keep our residents linked to resources and opportunities that will fulfill their needs and interests in the Oswego area. Residents have many opportunities to participate in a variety of life enriching activities and events designed to stimulate the mind, body and soul. From cocktail-hour gatherings where you can learn about the nuances of a good Pinot Noir, to a discussion of the latest best seller in our Life-Long Learning series, to exploring new ways to stay healthy in a fitness class...expect the unexpected.

The Reserve at Oswego includes a specially designed neighborhood to serve the special needs of individuals living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other forms of memory loss. Every day we make it a goal to go above and beyond to enrich the lives of our residents. With our Life Enrichment program, a Montessori-inspired philosophy for care, we create a specialized, life-enriching environment that affords each individual maximum self-expression. The staff is committed to delivering a quality of care that meets the resident's physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.

Memory CareOur talented team of dedicated and caring staff are there when you need them. It can be different…let us show you how.

From the moment you arrive, greetings from our Concierge team will embrace you, along with a true sense of pride. Our Community looks more like a beautiful resort or a lovely spa. Your days may include a variety to activities arranged by our Lifestyle Coordinator. Each week our Housekeeping and Maintenance team will ensure that your apartment home is enhanced by their services. Coordinated transportation will ensure that you arrive to your events and appointments timely. Each of our Ladies & Gentlemen are here to serve you and to ensure that your days are filled with delight and that opportunities are abundant.

Memory Care has a special meaning here. We understand how dealing with Alzheimer’s Disease or other related forms of dementia may be very distressing, but we also know that a fulfilling and meaningful quality of life can be achieved. At our communities, we look forward to creating a bond and friendship with each resident, their loved ones and other healthcare partners to craft a program that benefits them as individuals. Our communities are specifically designed to nurture activity, exercise, dining and restful opportunities as well as engaging and purpose filled activities that stimulate personal abilities.

SparkTM, our unique and award-winning lifestyle approach is our signature. A SparkTM lifestyle means residents are encouraged to do what they are able, historical knowledge is celebrated and acknowledged and new abilities are recognized and utilized. If you are seeking a positive approach where residents are doing more than you would expect, where residents find a sense of belonging and meaning and where loved ones are happy to visit, then you may have just found the right place!

Respite CareOur biography boards or memory boxes describe the rich life history of each resident with appreciation for both the past and present. SparkTM aims to embrace each individual as they are today and to celebrate the successes that come. Our exceptional team members are also able to gain more appreciation of what each resident is capable of, what likes and dislikes are and what their current roles are within the community.

Healthy living includes the Mind, Body and Spirit. We agree with you that health is an individual pursuit and that philosophy is embraced. Most of our communities offer abundant outdoor opportunities for a brisk walk through a lovely neighborhood or along a picturesque path. Many even offer a well-equipped Fitness Studio for your increased desire for strength training, group classes, core fitness and yoga opportunities.

Lifelong Learning is another feature at our communities where guest speakers, small and large group crafts or creations are explored, and where painting programs and lectures are frequent. Our communities seek to create stimulation for the mind through these programs.

Religion is a personal preference and all denominations are welcome. We have dedicated space for a variety of services, gatherings and other interests to review, read, sing, discuss or otherwise fulfill your desire to seek or pursue a warm and familiar experience.
