Alzheimer's Care
Assisted LivingAs one of the newest senior living communities in Lombard, IL, Sunrise at Fountain Square offers a full continuum of care in a lovely, modern setting. Our team not only provides 24/7 care, but every resident receives a personalized plan of services based on their needs and preferences. We offer independent and assisted living, Alzheimer's and memory care, and short-term stays. At Sunrise, we know the little things you do, or don’t do during the day can make all the difference. Our trained team works with you to ensure your loved one receives the care they need and deserve.

Those in the early stages of dementia and other forms of memory loss may not require the level of structure and assistance found in a Sunrise Reminiscence neighborhood. For these seniors, we offer alternatives like the Terrace Club program . This neighborhood is good for the resident that does not have fully developed memory loss, but rather needs some guidance in how to stay on track with
normal routines including hygiene and activities.

Hospice CareResidents in our community enjoy the benefits of attention where they need it, paired with the independence they desire. As a result, seniors in this environment can stay focused, are less anxious than they were when they lived alone and regular interaction and activities may aid in slowing the progression of memory loss.

Our beautiful community boasts multiple patios, balconies, and gazebos for our residents and guests to enjoy and spend time outdoors. And inside, our amenities are numerous, including an on-site beauty shop, fitness center, bistro, art studio, library, clubroom, massage therapy room, and climate-controlled parking.

Sunrise communities are known for excellence in dining, and at Sunrise at Fountain Park, our chef prepares from-scratch meals each day. Our residents particularly enjoy our Sunday brunches, featuring a carving station with prime rib, leg of lamb, fresh salmon, and bone-in ham. Our activities program is also vibrant and varied, and in addition to our Live With Purpose programming, our residents enjoy outings to the Morton Arboretum and taking a cruise on the Odyssey.

We are within walking distance to many restaurants, including Weber Grill, Champps Americana, Uncle Julio’s, P.F. Chang’s, and more. We are also close to Oak Brook and Yorktown shopping centers, AMC Yorktown movie theater, and Drury Lane Theater and Conference Center. Medical support is provided by nearby Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital and Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare.
