Museum Residences on Oak has two levels of care, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Our devoted staff is here to exceed all of your care needs. Your health and well-being is paramount at Museum Residences on Oak. From daily activities and exercise to our Brain-First dining, we strive to offer a whole body approach to aging. We work with you to stay physically fit and mentally healthy. Our dedicated team of nurses and attendants work with our residents daily to ensure they receive proper exercise, a clean, health environment, healthy Brain-First meals and stimulating experience.

The Museum Gardens is your own private retreat. Over 25,000 square feet, the Gardens are beautifully landscaped with walking paths and seating areas. The lush garden is an oasis within the city, bringing you calm and serenity. Weather you use the garden for exercise, relaxing or inspiration for your next painting, the Museum Gardens will quickly become one of your favorite places in the world. Whether you have a green thumb or not, the Garden Club is a great way to keep active physically and mentally. The Garden Club assists our Grounds Crew in developing and maintaining the Museum Gardens. The club also maintains a small vegetable and herb garden. They share this produce with all residents and the kitten staff.

Museum Residences on Oak is located adjacent to downtown Evanston. The neighborhood is mixed residential and business. Coffee shops, restaurants, theaters, the CTA and Metra are steps away from our front door. Our large Museum Gardens, the Merrick Rose Garden and other beautiful parks are just outside. The Post Office, YMCA and Bennison's Bakery are all on our block.

The Halim Time & Glass Museum is an internationally known museum housing one of the world finest collection of antique timepieces, Gilded Age stained glass, brilliant cut glass, Egyptian artifacts and so much more. Our residents have exclusive access to the Museum during regular business hours and during special Museum Residences on Oak only events.
